Located adjacent to the main building, the villa boasts the same appealing features as the standard and studio rooms but are larger and come with a spacious private patio overlooking the Red Rocks. The room has one queen-size bed, a living area with a fireplace, and a small kitchenette.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will be sent an email and will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will be able to create an account allowing you to access all the property details including check in and Wi-Fi instructions. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver through Truvis “Know Your Guest”. There is a small non-refundable credit card fee retained by the credit card processor.
